TIS, which has experience in promoting multiple startup support agreement projects, will serve as the representative company and create startup support and innovation throughout Tokyo in cooperation with railway operators with various assets.
In addition, businesses that can support our activities will be invited to participate as support partners, and we will provide a wide range of support for startups, including financing, business matching, and promotion.

The main area of focus for this cluster is “railways and transportation ” where the strengths of the constituent companies, and the assets of each cluster company will be utilized to create examples of collaboration.
Details of initiatives related to collaboration with startups
In this initiative, we are building an innovation cluster that can strongly support startups with a global perspective by cooperating not only with the companies constituting the cluster but also with many supporters surrounding the ecosystem.
Taking advantage of the characteristics of a three-year agreement, we will support the growth of more startups by establishing a system that allows us to start providing necessary support to startups at all times.
